The Greene County Career Academy and Iowa Central Community College will host a pair of classes in Canva, a creative design tool used for many social media applications, flyers and marketing materials, and personal projects like invitations and announcements. Canva has many pre-designed templates or users can start “from scratch.”
An introductory class is slated for Tuesday, Jan. 10, with an advanced class on Tuesday, Jan. 17. Both classes will run from 6 to 8 pm, with Emily Rohner as instructor. Classes will be held in Room D122. Participants should park in the north parking lot and enter the building through door N5.
There is a $25 tuition fee for each class. Registration is due by Jan. 6 for the introductory class, and by Jan. 13 for the advanced class.
Registration can be done by scanning the QR codes.
